Privacy Policy
Last updated October 25, 2026
This policy explains what information CardUps ("we," "us") collects when you visit cardups.com and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include.
- Automatically collected information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the time of your visit.
- Affiliate links and cookies. When you click a link to a partner's site, that partner or an affiliate network may set cookies or use similar technology to record that you came from CardUps, so we can be credited if you apply. Those cookies are governed by the partner's own privacy policy.
We do not ask for, and you should never send us, Social Security numbers, card numbers, bank account numbers, or login details. Applications happen on the issuer's own website, not on CardUps.
How we use information
- To run, secure, and improve the site.
- To answer your messages.
- To measure which partner links are used, so we can be paid for referrals.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help run the site (such as hosting), with affiliate networks as described above, or when required by law.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you'd like us to delete any email correspondence we have from you, or if you are a California or other state resident who wishes to exercise privacy rights available under your state's law, email mendytcm@gmail.com.
Children
CardUps is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
